Why you should be involved

Somebody sent me the postcard below. It came just at the right time to help me make a point - to speak to your emotions.

 

What do you see? A gentle youngster of European ancestry, expressing herself by following her instincts. There are millions such youngsters in this world.

Somewhere in your life, you know a child like that. Does she not have a right for her place in the sun? Will she know the warmth that comes from a people to whom she belongs? Will she care about her ancestry, regardless of where she might live?

Don't let your neighbors set your standards.  Be yourself!
